|Reservation Guidelines Reservation Inquiries :|
Choose your desired hotel and complete your reservation by providing your personal details with your credit card details on our online secured form. Please make sure that your reservation details are completed with room type, number of room, number of person (which specify number of adult, number of children and age of children), check-in and check-out date, guest name, email address, your nationality. Please also make sure that guest names in the reservation are identical with the names on the credit card and also in the passports.
When we receive your request, we will immediately proceed with your reservation to get the hotel confirmation. Once your reservation is confirmed under a preferred itinerary, your credit card will be charged automatically and we will send you the hotel voucher by email. If the hotel you requested is unavailable, we will offer the alternative hotels for you to consider. In case that your reservation is confirmed at our alternative hotel, your credit card will be charged ONLY after we receive your acceptance.
You can specify the special request and we will try with our best effort to serve your needs. However, it is on request basis and not guarantee.
We will send you the booking confirmation or denial usually within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation or denial within 72 hours, this usually is that your email address might be incorrect. In this case, please call us for assistant at (662)237-4577 or email to : email@example.com or resubmit your booking request with the correct email address.
|Pricing Policy :|
The price we display for hotel rooms advertised on Hotel Discovery will vary from time to time. The price we quote for your chosen hotel will be correct at publication.
Under the above provisions, there will be times when the price we quote will differ from price you paid - be it higher or lower.
These variations reflect changing market conditions and hotel room availability. We are unable to accept any responsibly whatever for claims made against any financial loss attributed to the adjustments in price as displayed on our web site.

That is why we encourage all our customers to use the reservation form method for transferring their credit card data to us. Our security reservation form uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect the privacy and security of your personal information. The well-established and field-proven SSL technology scrambles the information that you have submitted into small bits of code that are then incoherently transmitted over the Internet. These scrambled data remain unreadable during their transition until they reach the security of our server. Using this SSL safeguard, none of the tens of thousands customers who have used our Hotel Discovery network have ever been the victim of fraudulent use of their credit card data as a result of their travel purchases with us.
Ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of your personal data is another important concern for Hotel Discovery. Hotel Discovery commits itself to the exclusive use of your personal data for the enhancement or the fulfillment of your travel requests and for the securing of a satisfactory reservation with third part vendors such as hotels, room wholesalers, etc. Hotel Discovery will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, license sell or redistribute any of your personal profile information. Customer comments or testimonies will NOT be used without written consent
|Changes & Cancellation Policies :|
Cancellation of confirmed reservation (After sending the hotel voucher) will cause the charges as follows:
a) If we receive your notification of cancellation
more than 10 days prior to check-in date, there will
be no cancellation charge except for a bank credit card
processing fee of 10% of the total amount PLUS administration
fee EUR 10 or USD 10 or GBP 10 depending on hotel currency.
b) If we receive your notification of cancellation
10 days or less before check-in date, a bank credit
card processing fee of 10% of the total amount PLUS
administration fee EUR 10 or USD 10 or GBP 10 depending
on hotel currency.
PLUS one night room charge for each confirmed
room will be levied.
c) Cancellation after the check-in date (or cancellation deadline date) cannot be refundable due to hotel policy.
** In some cases, Cancellation deadline is longer than 10 days one-night-charge period. Cancellation deadline date is FIXED, by the hotels, and the general cancellation policy will not be applied for the reservation which is made during a certain special periods, e.g. Christmas, New Year or special events, trade fairs, etc. In such situations we will inform you correspondingly and give you a certain number of extra days to either accept or reject this special condition. Failure to react before the expiry of this extension period will automatically cancel the reservation. Reaction within this period will results in the normal continuation of the reservation process. **

No Show policy :
No Show will be charged 1 night for each confirmed
room and a Bank credit card processing fee of 10%
of the total amount PLUS administration fee EUR 10 or
USD 10 or GBP 10 depending on hotel currency.
OR 100% of the total invoice charged varying
according to the hotel policy.
Delay check-in and Early check-out :
a) Delay check-in will not lead to any reimbursements.
b) Early check-out or unused night, please contact hotel and asked for written report by the hotel management, indicated that they would not charge for unused night. We will use this reference to investigate and refund to guest if appropriate.
Extension of stay :
After your arrival, if you plan on extend your stay, you will need to contact our customer support services by Telephone (662)237-4577 e-mail : firstname.lastname@example.org . In case you contact the hotel directly, they will not be able offer you the competitive room rates you enjoy with us when we receive your advise we will arrange for the extension, subject to the availability of the room and charge your credit card with the booking based on the room rates prevailing at the time.
